NO INCREASE IN THE PARISH PRECEPT
Rainhill Parish Council have again been able to keep their precept at its current level and maintain an effective parish council for the benefit of local residents. The Labour controlled Parish Council have also recently been successful in renewing their Charter Mark which rubber stamps our effectiveness and level of service to the community.Current chairman Steve Glover added, " We were the first Parish Council in the country to achieve this presigious award and we are very proud of that record".
"Regarding our precept, we have again been able to freeze the level through prudent use of our resources. We felt it was vital in the current climate not to burden any Rainhill residents with added charges".
